I guess so?! I don't have any because I'm cheap so I improvised! LOL

Totally forgot about the seed tape. Thank Sarah for the reminder. (note to self, add seed tape to list)

I have used cornstarch mixed with water and cooked till thick and bubbly. Let it cool a bit and schlop it in a squeeze bottle. Strips of white paper towel that are about 1/2" wide. My rotary fabric cutter works great for that. When I am done and they are dry I wrap the strips around the cardboard tube from the paper towels.

I think Elmer's is OK, it is water soluble.

I love the seed tape method. It keeps rows straight and it is so much easier to unroll a roll of tape that plant each seed.

When I use the bead of cornstarch gel technique for carrot seed - I carry it out in a zip-lock plastic bag. Going in the bag hot from the pot seems to work okay.

If all the gel is needed at once, I just cut a corner off the plastic bag and squeeze it a little.
