They also hide "shipping" in other ways. I just ordered a side table online because it finally went on sale at 25% off. I thought the shipping was $20 but when I called they said the $20 was packaging and delivery, and $16 for shipping for a total of $36. I understood the packaging part but argued that shipping and delivery were the same thing. Of course they didn't buy it and told me to go to the shipping page (which was at the back of the catalog) to see the explanation. Bit the bullet and ordered anyway since I know it won't go on sale for a lower amount.
