Interesting music history behind all the hits from the past and folk to rock music. This song brings back many memories. And a bit more history on this song….

This song perfectly sumed up the casino gone wrong by the mafia take over in the movie ‘Casino’. This movie one of my favs .
This song was also one of the mantras for the military - and Army 11th cavalry Blackhorse division. 1966-1973 in Vietnam.
Many of the late 1960’s and early1970’s songs written during that period helped to keep moral up during the Vietnam war.
Let’s never forget those brave men that fought for our country.
