should I harvest carrrots now or wait til october?

. . . I like Steves idea too, but am too lazy to go out walking through snow up to my knees to dig carrots out. A trip to the basement I can handle!

Schlepping buckets of sand down basement stairs . . . . . . yes, I did that once or twice, too.

Give me the trip thru the white stuff once every couple of weeks. I've got a couple of select locations, not more than 30' from the back steps .
