Is the statue separate from the pot? It's beautiful!!

Yes Jared. This statue is special. I was with my husband when I saw it in an antique shop. I didn't buy it. Three days later, I was taking a walk around my garden at 7:00am with my cup of tea, when there he was! It was such a big surprise. It really touched me that my husband went back to get it.
