OMG, I love the smallish pumpkins I grew bc I didn't expect any, just weed cover! Here is a photo of them on display for Halloween:
I also bought 3 giant orange pumpkins from WM. Our associate atty was panicking bc she waiting until the last minute (10-30-17) to buy them and (almost) nobody had any. I found them at the eastmost (1/3) WM's in our area. They were discounted to $2.50/each, so I was thinking "pie material." She said her 3 kids loved the ones I found.

(Her son and elder daughter are adopted and he is doing like every sport available--keeps a teenage son grounded, so he is really ripped! Anyway, those are two of the pumpkins that they carved. Pretty good sized for $2.50 )
Hope to grow enough to give away next year.

Btw, "Salsa Seven!!!!" was Vikings this year, hence the hat with horns.
