sick chicken - maybe an injury?

Have you separated her from the rest? They will brutalize a sick chicken. Being alone could give her a chance.

Weird thing is, she is exactly the same now as she was when I first posted. Her vent looked good when I checked before, but I'll look more closely at her to see if I can see any little critters.

So the hen is still exactly the same as she was when I first posted. Very alert, drinking OK, probably could be eating a little more. There are still no obvious signs of illness, which is leading me to wonder if maybe she hurt herself somehow. When I poke around in her cage, she gets real annoyed with me (which is what I'd like to see because that's how our chickens usually behave when we poke around near them), but she's stumbly when she tries to get up and walk around. Her legs feel normal. I know Marek's can cause paralysis but her eyes are totally clear. I was reading that sometimes chickens can injure their spinal cord. Anyone have any experience with this?
