STOMACH FEELS LIKE AN OLD OVERINFLATED BALLOON

came close to choking 3 times puking last night
have an awful mess to clean, too weak and dumb to

peeper knows and can tell, clevland's snoozing

i might be on and off today some

when i had bloody dysentery and tonsilitis at the same time in korea,

i made a vow back then to never say im sicker than i was then.

Well, this is close! The duodenal ulcer of 1993 was close too!

Keep fluid intake up so as to avoid getting dizzy.

Food is probably not your friend today.

For stomach/diarrhea issues, I drink a couple of tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in a small glass of water. Sip slowly, don't chug it. Even if you toss it back up, enough gets in your system to help you out. ACV will even take out food posioning. ACV is nature's disinfectant, it kills the bad germs without harming the beneficial bacteria. Hope you feel better soon.

I'm in the 5th day of it. Not throwing up any longer but queezy, stupid, dizzy and weak. Sleep. That's what ya gotta do.
