When I started working at the Warner Electric factory, the 'team mates' I was to work with bought me a coffee. As I picked the cup up for a drink they were all staring at me. They were watching to see if I stuck out my pinky or not. Pinky out seemed to mean I wouldn't make the grade as an assembler. Needless to say I made a great assembler.
