The second part of my plan for weed control is the have my husband shallow till the ground one tiller width in front of each bed row once a month. My main weed issue is runner grass I'm hoping that will disrupt their spread enough to keep up with, or give them something better to do then invade my bed (try and regrow)April Manier said:We have opted for a permanent fence around the orchard and canning garden.
