Southern (HAH) summer tomato growers

In years past I used to remove the growing tip after the forth truss, however, this year the plants are far too nice to even think about doing that, so I am going to let them grow as much as possible before I remove the growing tips. There are far too many flowers on the trusses to cut them off and lose the the tomatoes. And, it is only early June!

Mine don't get that tall but they bend over and start to fold at the top.Variety has a lot to do with them being too tall. The bi delicious giant fruits seem to come from the tall plant. I would let them hang over the top.

I've had tomatoes grow over their support cages, fall over, hit the ground and grow back up higher than they were when they fell over!
