Strange Sandwich

I used to really enjoy a Reuben sandwich but the stomach can't deal with that much sourness. Like both the corned beef and the sauerkraut.

Sure, I'd be willing to use a little for a garnish and on chili sounds good. Cheese chili cabbage ...

Must be time for my 2nd breakfast! (Wish I had some sauerkraut .)

We love sauerkraut too. We have it for dinner last night, sausage, potatoes and sauerkraut baked in the oven. The left overs are todays dinner with sauerkraut pierogies.
