Suggestions for chutney use?

I made apple peach chutney for my Christmas gift baskets and like to include a card with the ingredients and suggested uses. I like it warmed and eaten with poultry or pork. Since you guys always have great ideas I thought I would ask if anyone else had other good ways to enjoy chutney. Thanks in advance. :bouquet

I'm a big fan of Jamie Oliver, and he had a spicey chutney (though I'm sure you could use any kind) that he put over a huge slab of bread, then covered the chutney with cheese and baked it. Sounds yummmmmy! I wanna make some chutney just to try this sweet and simple recipe.
