What a chore!

I no longer have an excuse, everything has been at hand for several days. And, since it involves gardening as "farm income," I have a look back in January on what happened 4 & 6 months ago in and about the gardens.

Actually, I'm looking back 12 months ago and realizing how HUGE my seed orders were in 2015!! No wonder I don't have much seed to buy this year ... or, do you suppose I believe that fantasy every year and then 12 months later learn how much of a seed catalog spendthrift I am?

You know, this opportunity for 2016 frugality should be rewarded somehow ....

Actually, I had a muffin.

Have you wanted to make a nice breakfast but not really had the time or energy in the morning?

Here's what I did: cooked too much sweet peppers, onions and marinated beef. Pulled this out of the fridge, and mixed it with shredded cheese. I put this in muffin cups, about half full. Stirred up some pancake batter and poured it around the vegetables, meat and cheese. Baked.

Had that for dinner and breakfast!

I was thinking he should 'treat' himself to some special purchases from the seed catalog. @so lucky enables his uncertain eating habits while I attempt to enable his gardening expenditure excesses. We are so-o-o-o bad!
