Tea Garden

Excellent! I planted a tea garden, that I was very excited about. Still going strong- but I haven't actually made any tea yet! Follow through is not my strong suit! Glad you are enjoying yours!
 
I just got done drying the second round of Chamomile and also did some Italian large basil and Spanish lavender. My dehydrator has been on constantly!

what a wonderful idea. i had some pineapple sage growing and the blossoms were gorgeous. if you let them blossom, you can dry them and they work kind of like safffron - that is to say, they impart a gentle color and slight floral back note. i used it for some risotos. good luck. :)
