Thank a Bee !!!

Have you thank your bees today ? It is wonderful to see the bees "smelling " the flowers !! :bee

We are seeding Dutch clover here and there around the house and gardens to encourage the bees to stick around. So far, so good!

We are leaving the areas of our lawn that has turned to clover, not mowing so the bees can dine. :bee:bee:bee

I thank my bees everyday- they are the most amazing creatures! I thank my chickens too, pretty cool that they lay delicious eggs!

I even thank my angry hive. One colony out there just won't behave themselves. Or should I say beehive themselves

Bees are precious to us. Just this morning, one of my preschoolers said a bee flew right by him. I told him that bees only attack when they feel threatened and that he did the right thing. My kids know how important bees are to our food source.
