Those are beautiful Nyboy! Sadly, my stargazer lillies did not do well. One is blooming now but the bloom is kind of pathic. Don't know why. I've grown them in the past. This fall I'm really going to amend my soil. Even buying compost since I don't make enough.

I was gonna mention tomcat patrol but figured they represent more bait for coyotes than Bambi security.

I haven't noticed any size change in coyote population. Years ago, I was visited regularly by neighbors' dog, Laddie. He was a St. Bernard Collie cross. Looked like a big, tough collie but very near as large as a St. Bernard. He had daily rounds. Nice dog, I liked him.

One day, the coyotes caught him. Very nearly killed him. Beyond the scars, he was never the same.

Those are really pretty lilies! I love the color, that soft yellow is so attractive.
Anything yellow is a magnet for me, so I have to consciously remember how much yellow I already have when a yellow bloomer begs me to buy it.

Glad you finally got to see the blooms NYboy. Go coyotes!
