Those are beautiful!!

And yes coyotes are nothing to take lightly. There are stories of 1 coming in and puppy bowing at a dog trying to get it to play. Starts playing with the dig then gets it to wander to where the pack is waiting.

Or they will taunt a more defensive dog into a fight, and lure them away trying to get the dog to chase them off and right to where the pack is waiting.

I don't despise them or wish them gone they serve a purpose however I do have a healthy respect for them.

Beautiful lilies @Nyboy , glad you finally got to see them bloom!

I'm not real fond of the increase in coyotes around here. I have seen them in the yard during the day twice now. I was not out at the time, but really makes you watch your back.

@Nyboy, have you heard about the coyote/wolf mixes that are supposedly spreading down from Canada???? BIG like a wolf, clever like a coyote - moving into suburbs

Cane yes I believe that's what killed the young woman in Canada. Here they are about size of a German Sheppard, very bold they don't flee from you.
