I went for an "Asian stew." Wanted the goulash but we had shiitake mushrooms and would have had to go to the store for bell peppers. It doesn't seem very Asian with 2 recipes I found calling for Worcestershire sauce. Fine. I really didn't want to use just soy sauce. Simple fair. I put in 1 parsnip in place of a carrot. It will be ready for dinner. I've time for a cup of coffee before 4 . Steve
