ok so here is a harvest up to date until today-
1 1/2 bushel cucumbers
4 lbs tomatos
1 bushel peppers
1/2 bushel yellow squash
1 1/2 bushel zucchini
3 lbs onions
2 quarts strawberries
10 quarts blackberries
3 store size harvests of dill for canning
3 garlic bunches for canning (harvested early but needed them)

not sure how much a bushel weighs? I am just notating as to how I stored them size wise

:D

I am almost done picking for the Farmer's Market tomorrow...I'm adding

4.5 lbs of Stringless Green Beans
1lb of strawberries
another bunch of Green Onions
12 pumpkin squash blossoms ... I'm going to try and sell them for $0.25 each like my baby carrots.
and another dozen baby carrots
1lb of mixed lettuces, no spinach

I also pulled my FIRST CUKE!!! It's shaped more like a banana pepper... I really gotta get the watering regulated and all of them off the ground!!!!

My yellow pear tomatoes have dozens and dozens of little green tomatoes and my pink brandywine is still doing good with a few green tomatoes growing steadily!

I gotta admit, I haven't been tracking my harvests... It would really be neat to know, but I am a bit overrun right now and can't keep up with it. I've enjoyed following everyone else's progress though!

I just got done weighing some stuff and getting together floral bunches for the farmers market while I'm up there again tomorrow. Problem is traffic where I am is not doing well. This is the last week I'm going to give it a shot!

I harvest 5 lbs of spring onions I am going to bring up fresh for tomorrow to throw in with my floral arrangements.

What should I charge per bunch for the fresh spring onions? I was thinking $2? But they're organic and I have NO idea what market value is?!

I don't know how to price things yet, I'm still winging it.
My young onions are selling for .25 each or 4 for $1

Our market has almost NO traffic yet.. but it takes time to build a following and each season it has more and more potential!
