once again it starts...
3:45 am

4:30 am....
4 chickens injected with butter,sarcha,mossass and garlic

12pm chickens off and rested for an hour. <yes theres only 3 showing we nibbled on the other>

prime rib in a wet rub of horseradish mustard,worcestershire sauce, roasted garlic, salt/pepper..

1 pm put the first turkey breast on.... injected with tonys creole butter and some sweet italian dressing
