You know... you will be more comfortable with it, and more attached once to add the rocks, and plants and stuff! Maybe you are just having a hard time visualizing it DONE?! :/

I really hope you are happy with it soon.... I want you to enjoy some time sitting by the pond before Fall comes. ;)

Ooooooh, you went for the liner! I like it! I agree with vfem, I think you just need to get to the point where it is filled in with rocks and plants and it will come together. I remember my mom's cousin building a huuuuuge pond, and it was just a big hole with some gravel around it, it looked rather strange for a while. I saw it two years ago after not having seen it in several years, and it looks like a natural pond that has always been there, just amazing. It just takes a little while for the plants to get to the point where everything looks natural.
I like the smaller pool on top. I'd totally turn that into a bog garden with carniverous plants, but that's me!
Keep on keepin' on, I think it's great!
