DH might tell you better. I have no clue! We got 7 gallons last fall. Did not count the spring. That was with 3 hives. I think he has 7 or 8 hives now. So .... 7X8 = 56 for 1 season. But that may vary with weather, die off etc... so I really have no idea! A LOT that is for sure.
And yes all raw honey (if that is the proper term) as we only run it through screens to catch debris and do not heat treat/pasteurize it.
Aww..if only I lived closed to you, I would buy my honey from you. Shipping makes it prohibitive. I'll have to stick to Costco lol.

Chewing the cappings is said to be beneficial for allergies, more so than just the pure honey. Not having allergies, I cannot vouch for this, but it is what I have read.
