The hummers are back!

We've got a ton of ruby throat here. We just set up a feeder on my arbor by the driveway before my window by the sink (kitchen) over looks it and I watch one after another humming bird flitter by day in and day out as they battle over my penstamon that is planted right next to it. Quite a site!

Must try to take photos... and I should probably get a larger feeder... one with a perch so they would stay longer then a second. :D

Looks like the green one is either a male Calliope or an Anna's. The brownish one is a male Rufous Hummingbird.
Which local one is it that resembles the ruby throat? I always thought that's what they were. The only one I can be sure of is the Anna's.
hoodat, those are Anna's immature males most likely.
