I think goat's milk is pretty trendy now. I do know some people swear by it to help them get through chemo and radiation therapy.

As a newborn I was allergic to my mom's milk and cow's milk and formula wasn't really around yet. Goat's milk was the only thing I could have so Gramma got a milk goat... but that's another story!;)

Many people who can not rink cow milk can drink goat milk. My nephew loves milk but I have never be able to get him to try goat milk. And goat milk cheese is out of this world

I've only tasted milk once from 2 different goats. One of them was kind of gamey. The other one tasted just like regular milk. Yes goat cheese is the best. Especially with fresh figs from my tree. :)

Milk flavor is greatly influenced by the quality of feed. When I was a kid we got a bad batch of goat grain and it made our milk only fit for the dogs and the pig.
