Oh, I had the most mouthwatering sandwich for dinner tonight. The lady my MIL works for told her about a sandwich she used to get at Tamarack on the WV turnpike that is basically a BLT, except instead of a ripe tomato, you make it with a fried green tomato!! Who would have thought there was any room to improve upon the BLT? Although we usually eat wheat bread, I made it on two toasted slices of Italian bread. Yummy!
