I'm from BYC but I don't need to grow food for my birds. I just like to garden. I have roses, bearded iris and the typical xeriscape plants one grows in the desert and I also have about 75 trees of various kinds.

The info on here is fantastic whether it is gardening or pertaining to chickens or hobbies. Being female I get a lot out of the crochet, knitting and quilting site.
