It might be worth hand-pollinating. Either with a paintbrush, or by snapping off one flower and using that (change flowers periodically).
I'm just hoping my tomatoes can do the backstroke -- put them out in wall o waters a week or two ago, and the garden has been largely submerged ever since. we had 2.5" in 36 hrs the end of last week. they still look ok but time will tell.
