torrential hail downpour today!

I hope everyone who had rain ended up with a nice shower. I've seen some of the flooding south of here and hope none of our gardening friends were affected. We ended up with 1/2 inch on Wednesday and two inches Thursday. All in all a great benefit for the yard and gardens.

we had hail here on Tuesday, too. My oldest son reported that it broke the windshield of his suv. It was worse in town than out here. I only saw one stone that was Ping-Pong ball sized. Most were marble size.

we had hail here on Tuesday, too. My oldest son reported that it broke the windshield of his suv. It was worse in town than out here. I only saw one stone that was Ping-Pong ball sized. Most were marble size.
Check your roof, it could have small cuts in the shingles that will lead to leaks later.
