Your Trip is really turning out to be such a nice dog Bay. I loved the snake episode, and he's so cute lying on the porch guarding the brooder.

It's also just endlessly wonderful that you and your husband get to see your grand daughters all the time now. :love

Did she ever earn the $20 ;) Looks like your only using top section, Maybe turkey and duck chicks for the unused sections.

I don't want ducks or turkeys. I am just fine with chickens!

Thanks, Trip is making me proud. And yes, we love being right here for our grand daughters, plus we have another one on the way, due in September. We are blessed.

I love your chicks. I have chick fever, but my husband has been the voice of reason. We need a bigger coop/run first... and we just took on the rabbits. Apparently he can only handle so much excited at one time. :weee

I have always placed the cart before the horse. It makes life so much more interesting to go off half cocked, rather than always be so prepared! My DH asked me what I was going to do with them and I said, build another coop. He rolled his eyes. Nope, I don't have them a place to go. The current 10 hens are selfish and won't give up their hoop coop, so guess I'll have to build a new coop. :gig
