TSC Dormant plants

Hello!
I just joined to ask about some plants I got on sale today day. I'm on BYC, I've been an active member there for four years. I thought maybe the gardening site would be a better place for this question though. I love gardening and plants but I'm definitely an amateur. Anyway, I was hoping you guys could give me some advice. I just found these dormant plant things at TSC for 75% off, making them like $2 a piece. I got five different things just for fun. The thing is I have no clue what to do with them for them to grow most effectively. Or at all. Do these things even survive usually? Should I start them in pots inside for a while? Keep them inside all the time? I live in Northern South Dakota, so we're zone 3-4. I think all the ones I got should be ok maybe except possibly the blackberry. We have brutal winters here.
So... Here are pictures of the labels. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Oops picture limit, I'll post the last two in another post.
I have no idea what to do with them but I'm excited about them, I'd really love for them to grow.
Some are already growing a bit, but the blackberry's shoots are kind of dry looking. I just have the boxes sitting in the mudroom right now until I can get some advice. Thank you!!!

even if they may be questionable for your zone you may sometimes be able to set up a microclimate that will help the borderline plants survive. finding more sheltered spots, with wind breaks or corners that reflect heat, putting some rock walls behind the plants to absorb and reflect the sunlight, etc.

the toughest thing on many plants is the deep cold and dry periods of some mid-winters so a mulch can help with that. i've had some strawberries frost heaved right out of the ground, but they were planted later in the season, if i'd planted them a few months earlier they would have been fine.

planted later in the spring may mean you really have to keep an eye on them during the dry spells and keep them watered (deep watering to encourage the roots to grow deeper).
