***Unusual CAKE Recipes!!***

I have just seen this interesting recipe on an email I was sent by a friend. She has just baked it & says it's GREAT. It has lemon, poppy seeds & shredded basil in it. Yum, Yum!

The chef, Phil Vicary is a very popular (& good) TV cook.

bbh, caster sugar is fine sugar. We have granulated sugar, then caster,then the finest which we call icing sugar(& you call powdered sugar). So caster is in the middle -- sometimes if I run out of it I just blitz granulated a wee bit so its a bit finer.
