I would suggest a drive down the road I live off of. They have 3'-4' sprouts coming up everywhere! My mom just dug one up and stuck it in her yard.
My neighbor has one that is MASSIVE. Long as it doesn't over run my septic pipes I don't care. The only good thing about them is the massive amount of humming birds they attract.
