USA source for 'Quintal d'Alsace' cabbage seeds?

How nice of you! I have an elderly neighbour who really likes rhubarb, but his patch doesn't grow well. So, I have kept way too many rhubarb plants in my garden so he can come over and harvest what he likes, and freeze some too. This has gone a LONG way into convincing my neighbours that my having a garden is a good idea.

Well, she is in her 50s, so I wouldn't call her elderly. Her mother was Slovenian (who had to flee her home in the middle of the night with her family when she was 7. I think they ended up being rescued by Nazis, then moved to Northern Italy and Mussolini, before, some years later, getting to the US.). So, the neighbor was raised on a lot of Old World/Eastern European kind of cooking, which includes a lot of cabbage.

Yes, I saw them, but the website is so barebones and they don't say what country they are in, but mention shipping to the main US leads me to believe they aren't in the US. The website doesn't feel safe to me for some reason.
