Thank's for making fell welcome. The weather here is improving, not by much, they say we are going to have a bit of snow. I hope not or it's going to be like a ice rink. LoL. why don't you have another go at growing a Espalier tree again?

If it freezes over enough at least you can belly-slide like a penguin to get to where you want to be.

We're moving the farm to a new location so I don't want any trees to move around or be left behind. I definitely plan on it after the moving thing is over and done with though. I want looots of fig and peach fans. Can't go without figs and peaches.

I love strawberry fig preserves! Last year I sorta made up a recipe for lemon fig preserves and they were delicious!

I've never made preserves out of them, but love snacking on them when I'm out in the field - dried and fresh.
