Don't really use any herbal supplements (well, unless you count horehound candy) but this is really bad.

Despite all my knowledge of some of the stuff that shows up there. I being to see the appeal of getting these sort of things (if you use them) from your local herbalist or curandero . As much as I find a lot of the herb shops I visit in Chinatown a little, well....dirty for me to feel safe actually consuming what they carry, and as much as I am wary based on some of the stuff I have seen show up in some of those products, the fact that they ARE sold as whole items at least means that, theoretically, you can check that you are getting what you are paying for if you know what it is supposed to look like (and in these days of internet searches, that probably isn't as hard as it once was.)

Funny it's taken this long for someone to actually test the stuff.
I've never used any, but a friend of a friend claims that it is miraculous stuff, he is ALWAYS sick.
Wonder what he's eating? :eek:

It will be interesting to see where this all ends up.
