We have new fuzzy butts!

How cool is that. :cool: I've got a broody I can't break up. I've been really tempted to put some fertile eggs under her, but I really don't know what I'd do with anymore chickens right now!
 
When it comes to chickens... I MAKE ROOM! LOL :lol:

We ended up with 100% hatch rate... 2 silkies with the white/grey fluff and 2 japanese bantams. Once I picked them up and looked at their feet I could tell them apart.

I have 8 more eggs under another broody and I'm so excited! Hurry up 3/28! :)

oooooh, i'm soooo envious!!
I have about 9 broodies right now, and don't DARE leave eggs under any of them! I've got 6 chicks right now that will difficult enough to integrate into the flock when they're old/big enough... but oh how i love babies!! It's sooo very tempting! :)
 
I need to show these pictures to the ducks. None of the ducks have shown an interest in hatching eggs despite me leaving them a tempting fertile egg pile in a nice house with fresh straw. Brats are too busy playing in their kiddie pool :tongue
