ok cross out buddleia. I have a bunch of those seedlings and they are much smaller then that LOL

also cross out lavender

it could also be weeds! I am not saying it HAS to be anything i want!

I also have lantana growing there and coneflower.

It could be but I dunno. My wife thinks sunflowers but they aren't listed

i did have seed starts but no plants earlier of sunflower but they fell off the railing... could they have taken this long ( 2 months) to get to that point?

Did you have zinnias last year that could have reseeded?

Looks like little black oil sunflower plants to me.

My first thought was zinna (which could have reseeded if you've had those there before). I also agree that sunflower looks probable.
