I canned 7 quarts of green beans today & put 1 quart in the freezer.

I've got 9 pints of hamburger cooling in the canner now. It's been a long day.

Yes, I’m still close. I’m about 45 minutes east of St Paul now, in Wisconsin. I still work in the cities.
