I seem to have everything Park sells. There must have been a sale or something, I sure don't need this many tomatoes!;)

Out in the greenhouse and starting to go in the garden one by one are...
3 Tomande
3 Celebrity
3 Ladybug
3 Early Challenge
3 Early Girl

Still in the 9-packs are...
6 Jubilee (yellow)
9 Roma

A friend wanted some "Siberian" tomatoes so I started a couple of those for her and figured I'd try them out as well. I think they are a cherry tomato, supposed to be cold hardy.

And there's a Patio cherry tomato that my dad bought accidentally and threatened to murder, so of course I had to bring that home...

Ok, my self control.....is gone  I went to the nursery to get 4 more tomato plants and came home with 8 :th Then I had to go to Home Depot and get more wood for another raised bed. I couldn't resist all the huge beautiful 4" potted tomatoes they had locally grown.

The FINAL list: one of each except for two of the Big Beef.

Sungold
Sunsugar
Sweet 100
Lemon Boy
Hillbilly
Gold Medal
Big Rainbow
Brandywine
Caspian Pink
Black Krim
Nyagous
Cherokee Purple
Big Beef (2)
Better Boy

Plus two tomatillos

Did I mention I'm the only person in my family that eats fresh tomatoes ! The neighbors are going to love me:)

Holy cow, that's a lot of tomatoes, Nothernrose! Is your mouth watering just thinking about your future harvest?

Wecome to TEG, TIMOTEO :frow!

DW wanted to try Black Cherry last year because of the picture in the catalog. I knew, knew, knew she wouldn't like a black tomato! But, she thought they made a pretty picture - Yep! She wouldn't eat them! I thought they were great but she likes, m i l d . .

That may keep me from trying Black Krim but I will have new-to-me Dana's Dusky Rose out there this year. I hope she likes it.

DW has a friend who grows lots of Better Boys every year. DW claims that the Goliath we have is better than, uh, Better Boys. I've studied them quite a bit and I do understand what DW means about Goliath but I'm not sure that I agree.

She may just say and do things like this just to keep me in the "pleas'er" mode . . .
