I made a glorified macaroni and cheese with cauliflower, yellow squash, tomato (last year's frozen), and managed to slip in an eggplant (DH is not fond of eggplant, so I cut it small).

I made kitchen sink soup. Browned crumbled hamburger, water added, spices to taste. Then add everything but the kitchen sink, fresh from the garden.

Mom made something similar, except casserole called shipwreck.

Mom made something similar, except casserole called shipwreck.
In medieval times they called it "garbage soup". I accidentally called my MIL's leftovers soup that one time. Took a while to convince her I wasn't insulting her cooking, lol
