Another 1.6 after the 2.2 of earlier in the week fell last night. Above average for the month of July. Sounds good until you learn all the month's rainfall came in the same week.

Well, I had the best day since before having chicken pox. DS and I cleaned the rabbit hutch and built a compost bin. It was 90 plus degrees and I felt fine. I have not been able to work like this and feel good since May. I watered the raspberries and picked some and ate them. I picked blackberries and bush beans. I brought some cabbage in and blanched and froze some and made coleslaw. I did a lot of weeding and getting ready for the fall garden stuff.

I did not get to post last night. We had a surprise thunderstorm, so I shut the computer down. I picked the last of the cabbage and froze it. I got some snap peas planted, picked beans and had some for supper and have more in the ice box for tonight all snapped and picked blackberries and today, I went out and picked more beans, found some cucumbers, tomatoes, picked a few little onions for a salad, picked peppers and that is squash from 2 days of picking and I have to get busy freezing and cooking.
