What do you trust for Clean, Small Clean, Germ free

I don't ferment anything like cheese and such, so can't tell what I'd use for those implements, but for regular every day cleaning around the kitchen food surfaces, we use bleach in all our dishwater and just wipe everything down with that. Cutting boards that have had meat cut on them get soaked in full bleach and scrubbed with a scrub brush and soap before rinsing.
