What have you canned or preserved today?

Hey Petey, how do you do your beef dip and burrito meat? That sounds really good! I have a hard time deciding what to make with some of the chuck and blade roasts and I have a lot left in the freezer. :caf
 
5 quarts of spaghetti sauce. If I like it, will do more next year.

Need to finish with salsa, just can't find a recipe that excites me.
 
I just canned 8 more pints and 1 quart of pears. The quart is to be given to the friends that gave me the pears. :thumbsup
 
Monday: picked a gallon of huckleberries and another of elderberries, made elderberry juice, froze the hucks.
Tuesday: made elderberry jelly, 17 jelly jars
Wednesday: 5 quarts of tomato sauce with romas from the store...not enough room in my garden for that many plants. Still have tons of tomatoes left for salsa, not sure when i'll get that done.

My new shelves for canned goods are filling up!
