a pinch of baking soda doesn't work?

i am mostly off coffee or even the substitute these days. i'm trying to use up some green chili paste that i use for giving hot chocolate a boost, but i can't do that every day or i would ruin my diet. i'm barely holding my own here with the long winter and a lot of temptations... :)

😲 Would it? You are talking about in the cup not later ... when I'm trying to deal with discomfort?

I'm not sure how much coffee contributes to indigestion. At the same time, I know a little about my pleasures and recognize that I may be making excuses. Cutting down on some of the caffeine seemed to make a difference but I've never had a decaf coffee that I liked. When I thought that I'd found a good local one for brewing, the 2nd bag wasn't - which made me really wonder if the 1st was mislabeled 😡.

This low-acid I'm using now is okay, just not much flavor. It looks like all of these low-acid brands of ground coffee will have to be ordered online. Sheesh.
