When I need to type a lot, I enjoy Rachmaninoff, feel like I am playing the same, just on keyboard.

I started off on the exercises the other day with the music station playing Joe Bonamassa. Whoa, a little too much drive for a start but I got into it. Later, it was Walter Trout. Now I like Walter but some of his songs are like Joe's and just a little much for this olde guy. In between, they played this song by Alvin Lee. It's from quite a long time ago but also has some of that drive. Maybe you can benefit from this (& those musicians ) for when you need to do some movin' .
