Wondering what kind of climate that weed (?) grows in, I clicked on your username, but you do not have anything listed for location. If you could edit that, it will help out with these kinds of questions.

Anyway, I don’t recognize it, so I’m going to see what I can look up.

Well look at that! Here is a cool website where I uploaded a screenshot photo of your plant, and it came up with several close looking plants. The first one seems to be spot on.

I’ve never heard of Tournefort’s cabbage.

Sorry I forgot to mention my location. I'm in Connecticut. I have never seen this thing before. Birds drop off all kinds of seeds when they fly by me all the time and things pop up all over the garden and yard. Thanks for helping me out.
