What Is This Tree?

We have this tree/bush growing at the edge of our property. My wife wanted me to try to find out what it is. Anyone have a guess?View attachment 33214 View attachment 33215

I have no idea, But it sure looks good... The fruits look not that edible... but I guess birds will surely feast on... I'll try to ask some friends about the tree... I'll come back to you for the answer.
