What kind of tree is this? Is it a Dogberry Tree? Rowan /Mountain Ash?

I was looking to buy a dogberry tree (thats what we call them here) you'd probably call it a Mountain Ash, and the person wasnt sure and sent me a couple pics. There aren't any berries on it as it is summer so its hard to tell for sure from the picture. What do you think?

If it is a Mountain ash it will be forming berries that you can see now. They won't be orange till fall.
