I grew up loving vegetables, rather I thought I did. my mother's vegetables where swimming in butter or cheese. She turned something very healthy into unhealthy. What do you put on your veggies ?

Oh, I was afraid this question would come up on TEG and, somehow, I'd feel compelled to answer it.

Mrs. Dash ... it has to be the most commonly used seasoning around here. I suppose that I can be forgiven if you realize that I don't grow garlic. So ... what can I do?!

Garlic, rosemary, Caribbean Jerk Seasoning, roll chopped veggies in a packet of dry Ranch dip mix and roast in the oven-potatoes are great like this, soy sauce, teriyaki, ginger, butter.

Salt and pepper for sure. Then if it's rice, I add thyme. Basil on my scrambled eggs along with goat cheese. Fines herbs on meats.
